Job Description

  • Supervising Preparation of schedule program showing carious activities and implementation time before starting it
  • Supervising Updating schedule program of the project weekly and monthly in accordance of the progress of the project and supervising on recording tasks come from the client and the company and compatibility of it with the schedule update
  • Supervising Sending letters to assigning sides, installations manager and site manager in case of task's delaying if caused of delaying the project schedule
  • Supervising and follow-up exchange of tasks
  • Responsible of approving issuing orders of materials showing side of request and installation's code
  • Supervision on receiving final approved drawings and recording and updating it through approved models and ensure stamping it by new date and withdraw old drawings if final one still not implemented
  • In case of that the implementation of drawing already done and an alter occurred, Supervising a financial cost and technical report is made to ask assigning sides to do what necessary to save the company's right
  • Supervising Follow-up alternation orders (CHANGE NOTICE) and ensure of sending required financial cost to assigning sides
  • Supervising Responsible of preparation of monthly abstracts in accordance with work progress and approve it from assigning side
  • Supervising Responsible of actual cost accounting of project implementation
  • Supervising the implementation of quality management procedures in his department and a commitment to setting goals and positive interaction with the results of internal and external audits
  • Supervising the implementation of health and safety procedures and the implementation of environmental requirements and the commitment of workers using protective equipment in accordance with the hazard identification in his section and the positive interaction with the results of internal and external audits

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors of engineering electrical/ mechanical .

Experience :

  • From 5 to 7 years in like this field
  • PC literate with PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills
  • Dynamic and Creative
  • The ability to affect positively leadership and seriousness and honesty at work is a key
  • The ability for team working create channels of communication with all departments
  • Propose courses for subordinates and prepare them to take leadership positions
  • Experience should be in electrical constructions field only
