We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced in store execution executive to make a difference at Kraft Heinz in the strategically important market of Saudi Arabia. The role encompasses managing the distributor relationship and sales team effectively to deliver the sales targets set. You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting the National Sales Manager West. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. The delivery of the perfect store will be your primary responsibility. This role will have a lot of importance within the organization, reporting directly to the National Sales Manager West and have regular exposure to the Commercial Director of Saudi Arabia, it is therefore critical you can communicate effectively, be confident and own your business performance.
In brief, you will be responsible for;
- The perfect store implementation across Saudi Arabia
- Improving all KPIs related to Must stock list, on shelf availability, share of space, listings and flier compliance
- Creation and maintenance of important trackers to ensure actions plans are delivered and the business has full visibility of the KPIs and their improvements
- Daily interaction with distributor sales force to deliver action plans and increase sales
- Ownership of monthly rituals and routines presentations showing performance, visibility and best practices
