Job Description
Concerning The (Business Development ) Responsibilities :
- Conduct research and market visits to build the pipeline of partner shops to be added to the network
- Assist in preparing business plans and presentations to attract new partner shops
- Work closely with operations and quality assurance team to optimize order fulfillment
- Handle and build partner relationships in order to keep them engaged and satisfied
- Implement new strategies for partner acquisition and growth
Concerning The (Operation) Responsibilities:
- Training the supermarket staff on how to handle InstaShop orders
- Making sure the shop is ready to receive orders and handle it
- Following up on supermarkets delivery performance"Speed, infrastructure"
- Solving shops problems with tablets, internet connections ..etc
Job Requirements
- Must be from Alexandria residence or able to move and live in Alexandria
- Ambitious, eager to work hard, add value and grow
- Excellent communication skills
- Creative negotiation skills
- Ability to handle multiple diverse responsibilities
- Perseverance in concluding complex deals
- Strong team player
- The job requires a lot of mobility between the shops and to be all the time in the field
- Fluent English is a must
- 2 -3 years of relevant experience or in team training
- Experience in retail business is a plus
- worked with suppliers or distributors of supermarkets is plus.
