Job Description

Responsible for developing the strategy used in marketing a company's product online through putting together various online promotions and e-mailing campaigns to get their company's message out, and also by performing consumer research to discover other ways of reaching customers by way of the Internet.

  • Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • To increase brand awareness, promote company products or services and to drive prospects to conversions.
  • Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases and podcasts).
  • Effectively communicate through appropriate technology platforms.
  • Initiate effective marketing campaigns online, and to translate business goals into successful marketing campaigns.
  • Expert at evaluating the needs of the consumer market, and will understand how and where to acquire knowledge about consumer trends and demands.
  • Maintain a strong online company voice through social media.
  • Liaise with Marketing, Sales and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital media developments.
  • Knowledge in key areas of marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, PPC and SEM).
  • Know how to plan, create and implement a marketing strategy.
  • Understand the key measurement tools available.
  • Stay current in marketing trends and news e.g. Google updates and changes in algorithms.
  • Communicating the customers feedback with the management & sales through effective reports.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor or license degree.
  • Experience of 1-3 years in the same position.
  • Knowing the basics of Marketing.
  • Very good command of English.

  • Communication & presentation skills.
  • Mix of creativity & analytical thinking: Ability to make creative campaigns— using analytics to inform future strategies..
  • Objectivity: A marketer who can separate themselves from their work will navigate with an objective eye that can focus on what actually works — not just what they hoped would work.
  • Technology: Basic design skills such as HTML –CSS, Photoshop, well understanding of wordpress.
  • Experience: with paid social media ads & Analytical skills of different social media channels.
