Job Description

Job Description :

  • Create a structured sourcing plan for SYKES Egypt, that meets current operations and future business expansions.
  • Be a Trusted Partner of the Operational teams and the other departments to ensure an understanding of future growth plans and the need for pipeline creation to ensure recruitment needs of the business are met.
  • Ensure the reporting of progress and status of the plan to key stakeholders.
  • Support the new client sales process during the site visits / RFP responses requiring specific inputs.
  • Continual review of the recruitment processes with site stakeholders & recruitment manager to ensure continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Develop the Company’s employer branding by building external relationships particularly with universities / schools, student organizations and community, as appropriate.
  • Develop the Company’s employer branding though social media channels.
  • Liaise with other organisations for different projects such as internships and cultural exchanges.

Job Requirements

Job Description:

  • Excellent communication skills, building relationships skills and the ability to remain composed in all situations
  • Has a strong focus on delivering results, while considering people the most valuable asset
  • Previous experience in Sourcing & recruitment, ideally in a fast paced environment and recruitment volumes would be a plus
  • Analysis and reporting of conversion rates based on sources and steps of the process
  • Builds partnerships with key stakeholders in operations, support departments and local/regional HR
  • Focused on details and good planning skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative, be creative, and under pressure to achieve deadlines and KPI’s
  • Flexibility to adapt to a continuously changing environment
  • Professional leadership skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficient in English
  • A working knowledge of MS Office
