Job Description
- Qualify and help close sales opportunities.
- Develop and implement plans and strategies for building relationships within assigned sales territories.
- Review and Analysis the requirements of RFP “Request for proposal” and various sources of information provided by customer or sales team.
- Acting as business development member towards any of potential opportunities within customer firms by collaborating with sales team to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered.
- Get involved in an early stage of new projects, establishing reports and advising customers on potential solutions.
- Responding to any customer inquiry & advising customers on products.
- Involved in reviewing quotations before they are sent out.
- Build and maintain strong, productive, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Handling and resolving of customer complaints, resolve any areas of dissatisfaction on either sales or service and ensure it is addressed in time.
Job Requirements
- Experience from 0 to 2 years.
- Bachelor's degree in communication engineering.
