Job Description
- Evaluating, developing, and maintaining advertising and marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
- Evaluating market updates and identifying potential new customers.
- Lead a team of Designers to achieve company goals.
- Managing budgets, including expenditures, return-on-investment, and profit-loss projections.
- Searching demand for the organization's products and services.
- Overseeing and approving advertising material: social media, banners, hard copy brochures and case studies.
- Managing advertising campaigns.
- Building strategic relationships and partnership with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
- Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
- Directing, planning, and coordinating advertising efforts.
- Evaluating competitors, and modify company plan accordingly.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
- More than 6 year experience in the Advertising field is a must.
- Experienced in working closely with design and advertising agencies.
- Experienced in both marketing through banners and E marketing.
- High communication skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt to change.
- Good at English language.
- Experience in real estate field is a plus.
