Job Description
We are seeking an “IT Applications Support Specialist” with experience in supporting business applications (e.g. ERP, CRM, Accounting).
- Install, configure, test and administer applications components and manage user access permissions on them
- Provide training and coaching to application users.
- Provide daily assistance, help-desk support and first level troubleshooting and problem-solving for internal business applications
- Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to incidents and requests
- Occasionally act as a power user, personally performing some data entry and processing functions.
- Understand the business and work processes, and participate in defining required program functionalities, and in evaluation and selection of IT solutions for specific projects.
- Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, presentations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, computer science or a related field
- A minimum of 4 years of applications support experience
- Experience in implementing and/or supporting business applications (e.g. ERP, CRM, Accounting …)
- Very Good Knowledge of database concepts and SQL.
- Very Good English language skills, both written and oral
- The following are not necessary, but will be considered as advantages for the candidate:
- Writing and modifying SQL queries on Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services and Microsoft SQL Server 2014 Report Builder
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Office 365 platform
