Job Description : Accounting Dept , Account Receivable
Section
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Compile and sort documents, prepare credit and debit memos
- Make copies of all checks, complete deposit slips and make bank deposits process adjustments
- Communicating with Marketing & other Departments regarding all customer’s relevant issues.
- Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions and entering them into the general ledger or accounting software
- Receiving WHT certificated & Maintain it in ERP system.
