Key Responsibilities:

Provide pre-sales technical support through technical and solution presentations, product demonstrations, clear and consistent communication, and on-going technical consultation with the customer.
Build knowledge and hands on proficiency with the RSA Fraud & Risk Intelligence suite solutions and understanding of competitor products.
Deliver proof of concept and demos, and support partners remotely to deliver that to their customers.
Drive customer satisfaction by proactively managing and delivering technical information to our customers.
Support the sales team to ensure timely and successful closing of sales opportunities. Assist in planning and conducting meetings with customers and prospects.
Participate in trade shows, seminars and other industry events.
Travel up to 50% to client locations for demonstrations and presentations in EMEA.

Essential Requirements:

Confident speaking and presenting in front of customers and small audiences. Ability to build trust and relationship with a customer. Strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
IT or Computer Science degree or equivalent experience
Some knowledge of Internet security and cyber threats including phishing, malware, social engineering and DDoS is important. Knowledge of Networking and Security devices and using Linux platforms is an advantage
Ability to quickly learn, apply, and position technical knowledge related to company and competitor offerings with clear messaging appropriate to audience skill levels.
Ability to manage own schedule and prioritize based on agreed quarterly business objectives with Proven ability to work to milestones and without supervision to deliver business results
Fluent English

Desirable Requirements:

Hands-on Sales Engineering background within a vendor, reseller or system integrator OR hands on technical experience in a related role, such as support engineer, professional services consultant, SOC engineer, pen tester or similar
Exposure to Fraud Management and Fraud Detection solutions, experience in a financial institution or ecommerce company is an advantage
Fluent Arabic plus other languages a plus
