Job Description

Benaa company is seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our team.

  • This role is the first point of contact for our callers, visitors, clients, etc.
  • The primary function of this role is to provide prompt, courteous service to our internal customers, either on the phone or in person.
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative office duties, and coordinate with all members of the tSG team to assist with smaller creative or administrative duties to ensure that everyone can do their work as effectively and efficiently as possible.
  • Some examples of potential work include, daily playlist curation, purchasing props, setting up photo shoots, scheduling company outings, office decorations, plant care, answering phones and directing calls to the right place, structuring a content calendar, organizing nerf gun fights, strategic office candle placements, etc.

Job Requirements

  • This position is a contract position
