Job Description
- Responsible for Sending and receiving emails
- Handle inquiries and follow up process with others.
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Responsible for Location`s stationery
- Manage and Submit Location`s expense reports
- Welcoming visitors
- Answering phone calls
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Registration of staff visits to the doctor.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in Admin post is preferable
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Good in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
- Preferred residents of the regions of October and Giza.
