Job Description

The NADIM Foundation is a non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to documenting and conserving Egyptian Heritage in its tangible and intangible forms.

We are looking for a capable coordinator to:

  • Follow up on tasks and ensure they are completed on time.
  • Maintain physical and digital records/files.
  • Produce reports and other necessary documents as required by top management.
  • Develop creative social media content in English and Arabic.
  • Respond to emails and all correspondence, data entry and reporting.
  • Translate necessary documents from Arabic to English and vice versa
  • Follow up on logistics.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in English and Arabic is a must.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulousness, creativity and strong problem solving skills.
  • Strong task and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite (particularly MS Word and MS Excel)
  • Write and manage effective content across multiple social media channels.
  • Strong aesthetic sense and an eye for social media specific art direction and photography
  • Knowledge of Heritage issues is a plus.
