Job Description
The NADIM Foundation is a non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to documenting and conserving Egyptian Heritage in its tangible and intangible forms.
We are looking for a capable coordinator to:
- Follow up on tasks and ensure they are completed on time.
- Maintain physical and digital records/files.
- Produce reports and other necessary documents as required by top management.
- Develop creative social media content in English and Arabic.
- Respond to emails and all correspondence, data entry and reporting.
- Translate necessary documents from Arabic to English and vice versa
- Follow up on logistics.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in English and Arabic is a must.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulousness, creativity and strong problem solving skills.
- Strong task and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite (particularly MS Word and MS Excel)
- Write and manage effective content across multiple social media channels.
- Strong aesthetic sense and an eye for social media specific art direction and photography
- Knowledge of Heritage issues is a plus.
