Job Description
- Prepare training material (Training Manuals, presentations, worksheets, etc.)
- Plan and direct classroom training, electronic learning, multimedia programs, and other computer-aided instructional technologies, simulators, conferences and workshops.
- Administer written and practical exams and writes performance reports to evaluate trainees' performance
- Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
- Maintain quality service by setting up and enforcing organization standards
- Provide a report about each workshop has been delivered
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience in relevant fields (Entrepreneurship, Training, Education)
- Past start-up experience is a plus
- Experience in the education sector is a plus
- Has gone through TOT in a relevant program is a plus
Skills:
- Demonstrated project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; preferably with experience in writing curricular materials or lesson plans
- Strong collaborative skills
- Good Command of Arabic and English languages
- Excellent presentation and teaching skills
