Job Description
- Owning the end-to-end testing process of software applications.
- Write test cases, log defects and provide feedback on improvement areas.
- Performing automated and manual testing of software applications
- Mentoring other QC engineers to grow in their roles.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders efficiently in an agile environment to create the best software development customer experience
- Identify deficiencies in process, recommend improvement and set standards and work with best practices
- Maintain software presentations/demonstrations, training materials and technical documentations
- Align with company development standards and goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent years of professional work experience.
- Related Certificate is preferred (ISTQB, CSTE)
- Proven Experience in developing User Manuals and Training Materials.
- Proven Experience using standard QA methodologies, tools and technologies
- 2-4 yrs Experience maintaining end-to-end automated and manual test suits and writing automation scripts
- Experience troubleshooting complex systems and root causing customer facing software issues
- Familiar with HTTP, JSON (or XML), REST API, VSTS (or TFS) and Git
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with web server technologies such as IIS and NET MVC framework
- Proven Experience working in agile self-organized teams
