Job Description
- Handle and respond to customers’ questions, resolving problems, informing customers about product availability and product prices.
- Generate a list of potential customer and reports for sales quantities.
- Gather competitors and customer information through indoor sales activities in order to create awareness of local market trends and competitor activities.
- Support direct mail campaigns by following-up on mail and customer over the phone.
- Interact with customer in order to establish products information specific to them
- Keep up-to-date and aware with the products availability and specification.
- Share information within the sales team members in order to improve and identify the most appropriate service against the competition Market place information.
- Achieve sales and business targets.
- Prepare and present quotations to customers.
- Coordinate with the operations team to meet customer requirements and solutions.
- Provide effective and efficient after sales customer services.
- Carry out additional duties as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree from any discipline.
- 0 to 3 years of experience
- Sales certificate will be an asset
