Job Description

  • Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
  • Serve and consolidate technical issues relating to software Technical functions, installations, and upgrades.
  • Resolve customer complaints or problems and create product problem reports and troubleshooting documents for each issue.
  • Identify, analyze and resolve any technical problems that might arise during the business cycles of software

Job Requirements

  • Good Knowledge of Database Engine tools (Oracle, SQL Server).
  • Good Knowledge of Oracle Forms & Report builder
  • Good Knowledge of Crystal Report
  • Troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Experience in PL/SQL
  • Welling to learn.
  • Ability to work individually or with a team.
  • Customer representable (shape and attitudes)
  • Customer Service Experiences (Preferable)
  • Hard Working
