Job Description
- Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
- Serve and consolidate technical issues relating to software Technical functions, installations, and upgrades.
- Resolve customer complaints or problems and create product problem reports and troubleshooting documents for each issue.
- Identify, analyze and resolve any technical problems that might arise during the business cycles of software
Job Requirements
- Good Knowledge of Database Engine tools (Oracle, SQL Server).
- Good Knowledge of Oracle Forms & Report builder
- Good Knowledge of Crystal Report
- Troubleshooting and problem solving
- Experience in PL/SQL
- Welling to learn.
- Ability to work individually or with a team.
- Customer representable (shape and attitudes)
- Customer Service Experiences (Preferable)
- Hard Working
