Job Description
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication (writing, calls)
- Provide customers with accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet his sales targets, customer nonbinding, solution implementations & other performance KPIs.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Become a subject matter expert on all of the features and functions within Odoo's software applications.
- Coach customers on how to use Odoo efficiently through individual session.
- Deliver Odoo functional training sessions on site and online to train end-users.
- Provide level 1 technical support to existing customers for normal issues.
- Document clients' needs, problems, interventions and interactions, escalate technical issues to Odoo's developer team.
- Support the sales team during pre-sale.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree with strong knowledge about Odoo & ERPs in general.
- 2+ years experience in Odoo implantation.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Customer service mindset
- Strong grasp of CRM, Customer acquisition and customer service tools.
- Strong skills in handling excel sheet, data import and export .
- Comfort with collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders.
- Pharmacy experience is plus
- Odoo certified implementer is a preferred
- Strong phone contact, writing handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices to manage CRM (incoming, outgoing calls, Generate sales leads, Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
