Job Description
- Reviewing & attendance of MEP & Facilities meetings
- Developing & Reviewing HSM SOPs
- Securing materials for Both MEP maintenance & tasks
- Securing materials needed for Civil & fixing construction comments
- Updating monthly maintenance KPIs
- Managing attendance plan for all HSM dept.
- Arranging to fix & developing weak points on the MEP networks
- Support backup the HSM in evacuation drills & safety matters
- Managing utilities to minimize cost of consumptions
- Managing External contractors on the tasks & additional works
- Managing maintenance action plan for all peaks & events
- Managing the MEP systems in case of abnormal & crises
- Doing inspections to make sure that all MEP systems are ready to provide convince environment for our customers
- Managing major tests like generator full load test , blackout test, emergency lights test, fire pumps test,…..etc.
- Managing water & power shutdown plans in store
- Arranging with external service providers to manage the shutdown plans & developing performance of utilities.
- Performing safety inspection & maintenance inspection and putting action plan to fix all comments.
- Managing Budget & updating month closing
- Collecting quotations and offers from subcontractors and issuing the comparison sheet to choose the best quality and price.
- Support HSM to keep SISAN in good level.
- Managing development plans for all MEP & Civil works to keep our store controlled and all systems functional
- Managing facilities, hood & grease trap cleaning
- Managing AC set points around the store to achieve both good environment & cost saving
- Monitor and Managing BMS & FAS systems with support of system suppliers
- Preparing check lists & forms to make sure that all major systems daily inspected and visited
- Managing FM team to put systems and maintenance works under control
- Managing FF systems in the store and in fire pump room with mall team
- Managing KONE works in the VT systems
- Managing shutter & slide doors repairing & maintenance
- Arranging with mall management for all common systems lighting, BMS, FF…etc.
- Managing Invoices and issuing LPOs
- Back up LM on his duties during his day off/vacations
- Follow up overnight works & casuals
- Contracts Management
