Job Description
- Achieve Sales Targets set by the company in relation to the marketing budget.
- Create Brand Architecture and positioning in line with the overall positioning.
- Define Target Markets and Develop applicable pricing models.
- Design relevant Sales Strategy.
- Responsible for design & presentation of all Sales environments & Marketing Materials for all aspects of a mixed-use community.
- Negotiate Sales Transactions and promote mortgage arrangements for all Sales.
- Ensure the Sales Team is fully resourced & well directed with clear guidelines to their own job responsibilities. And providing them with full support in terms of communication , training & development, and organization of the department's workload.
- Recruit & Train Staff.
- Manage Sales Administration Process - including cooperation with the Legal department.
- Manage Sales Collection Process - including cooperation with the finance department.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Studies or Architecture Engineering will be preferred.
- Proven Track Record in Similar Role or at the level of Sales Manager with an Experience from 5 to 10 years .
- Five or more years of experience in residential sales preferable in mixed-use , Phased & Multi-unit projects.
- Experience of managing Budgets/cost control, and planning to prioritize and to organize work to meet targets.
- A lateral and innovative thinker , and original problem-solver.
- Specialist knowledge of Sales Techniques.
- Self- disciplined with excellent time management skills, and flexible in order to achieve results.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deal with people from diverse backgrounds.
- A motivational team-leader focused on managing , coaching and developing the Sales Team to achieve their full potential.
