Job Description
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Administer compensation and benefit plans
- Conduct employee on-boarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Undertake tasks around performance management
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Screen submitted CVs.
- Arrange interviews for selected candidates
- Responsible for generating a pool of qualified candidates
- Prepare related assessments to match with the job profile.
- Present realistic job preview for qualified candidates.
- Follow up on the on boarding of the qualified candidates.
- Perform personal interviews professionally
- Insuring new hire paper work is completed and processed.
- Conducting and arranging training sessions
- Maintaining company documentations templates.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist in IT sector is a must
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication and people skills
- The desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
- BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
- Additional HR training will be a plus
