Tasks:

Your main responsibilities in this role will include:

• To assist pro-actively to the project director in the identification of risk, preventive measures or corrective actions, as much as required to improve the project status and mitigate the risk.
• To ensure that “Project Controls” is a permanent motivation for each member of the PMT and cascaded down through the whole project execution team.
• At the project launching stage, then on an ongoing basis, the project PCM has a leading role for the preparation of the project procedures (in coordination with the engineering, manager, the supply chain manager, the construction manager, the commissioning Manager, the contract Manager, and the project business controller) for the setting up of the main control systems and tools for cost, progress and schedule.
• Be a major contributor to the development of the project baseline (scope of work, cost and schedule) for the project execution plan.
• Review and validate the detailed development of the approved project budget.
• Submit the master schedules and the detailed budget for the approval of the project director and then ensure their communication to the relevant project stakeholders.
• Manage ongoing integration of the project cost control, schedule and progress management systems order to ensure they remain aligned and consistent together.
• Monitor the staffing plans and man-hour status and material quantities status.
• Analyze the actual and forecast status of cost, progress and schedule.
• Assist the project director in the preparation of monthly project dashboard (internal) and project reports to the client.
• Ensure timely production of the project close-out and feedback reports at the end of the project.
