Job Description
- Provide overall technical responsibility for networking solutions required for Cyber Security scope of BIFP (BAB Integrated Facilities Project).
- Perform the technical leadership role for networking for Automation Systems of BIFP (BAB Integrated Facilities Project).
- Able to work with PSS, ICSS, SCMS and telecom team of BIFP (BAB Integrated Facilities Project) for smooth execution and integration required between different packages.
- Able to work with varied level of technical competency work force.
- Exceptional work experience in managed network switches, firewalls, routers, networking topologies and solutions.
- Good knowledge of networking solutions, domain setup and group policies,along with knowledge in Cyber Security solutions such as network hardening, system hardening, backup solutions, patch management.
- Able to manage diversified cultural back ground engineering team.
- Support service and engineering team to trouble shoot the networking issues and provide guidance to resolve network/firewall problems.
- Support sales and marketing in customer focused initiatives when required.
- Supports SCM functions for project specific requirements and ensure that supplier meets the required specification criteria.
- Responsible for identifying project technical & commercial risks related to networking solutions.
- Responsible to represent HUB in varied BU forums.
- Should develop engineers to move to next level of technical competencies.
Job Requirements
- Ideally you should have an Engineering degree and/or certification in networking/firewall/routers with 10+ years of experience and working knowledge of networking solutions and its implementation. CISCO certification is preferred. You should be able to provide technical leadership to a project team that can be in multiple locations.
- You should be fully versed in Excel, Word and database applications.
- Good written and oral communication skills and willing to travel to customer site.You should be able to manage time and deal with multiple issues, including shifting priorities and schedules.
- Willingness to be involved in all phases of project, from kick-off meeting to being part of the commissioning and start-up team when required.
