Job Description
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
- Recommends controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures.
- Training users continuously to insure that each process is gaining the maximum benefit from automation.
- Testing and evaluating new software projects to insure that it is bug free and meets the standards of the operation cycle.
- Administrating over automated cycle to aid users with exceptions.
- Assigning privileges according to new hiring, resignations or transfers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or IT related field
- Two years previous experience in business systems analyst
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to analyze system records and translate data
- Excellent interpersonal skills and solid communication with all levels of management
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
