Job Description
- Utilize company resources to develop a filing system that keeps all active sales files available digitally and in hard copy form
- Ensure the inventory of custom sales presentation materials such as brochures and presentation folders is always up to date
- Work with other departments within the company to bring in additional help on creating sales presentations when needed
- Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
Job Requirements
- Bsc Degree, Business Administration is an asset.
- English: V. Good Technical writing background is an asset, able to organize meetings, travel plans.
- Indexes, files, scans, organizes and organizes the department files (soft or hard copy), fast and excellent typing skills, very good with Microsoft word/excel/outlook and PDF transformation programs,
- Skilled, dynamic, work under pressure and productive with tight milestones, formal appearance.
- Has a strong personality.
- Can work under pressure.
