Job Description
- Articulate and Formulate proposals and business documents.
- Consolidation and editing of materials (e.g. Presentation, Word document, spreadsheets)
- Continuously review implemented training and consulting programs for potential updates and curriculum redesign
- Responsible for designing and developing initial and on the job training programs
- Responsible for consolidating attending client meeting and consolidating the outcome.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience preferably corporate background
- Associate degree required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Equivalent work experience in a similar position preferable
- Must possess excellent English typing skills, strong oral and written skills.
- Excellent Knowledge of Office suite is necessary.
- Have excellent data processing.
- Accuracy and attention to details.
- Experience with instructional design is preferred
- An open-minded type, who seeks out new ways and tools to support the materials development.
