Job Description
Job Role:
- Receiving customer's queries and handling them in a professional manner via emails, and social media.
- Providing Basic Information to customers on accounts, orders, payments..etc
- Providing Basic information about company policies, procedures and programs.
Working Conditions:
- 9 working hours including 1-hour break on a rotational shift basis
- 5 working days and 2 days off on the rotational basis
- Work location: Maadi Technological park
- Maximum shifts is 8 Pm for the Females
