Job Description
- The primary focus of this role is to provide support so the sales teams can operate effectively on a day to day basis.
- Research online and offline to generate potential customers for our products
- Contact potential or existing customers orienting them about current products and services by phone, email, etc…
- Attend to questions and inquiries about the company's products and services
- Attend to any questions to understand customer requirements and qualify the lead
- Direct qualified leads to the field sales team if required
- Update, maintain, and grow the CRM with customers' information
- Keep organized records of calls, and customer's inquiries
- Develop proposals and offers
- Cold call in order to obtain key information from targeted prospects to meet the qualified lead criteria.
- On a daily basis, track prospects - identify decision makers, timelines, hot-buttons, and specific qualifications and enter data accurately and consistently into the company's CRM
Job Requirements
- An ideal candidate who has 2-3 yrs experience in cold calling or inside sales.
- Proven experience as a software Telesales representative or other software sales/customer service role
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Communication and presentation skills both verbal and writing highly required.
- Experience in outreach via Social media, Linkedin etc.
- Experience with tools like CRM and other sales tools.
- Good with diligent and detailed market research.
- Exceptional communication skills, primarily Arabic and English.
- Experience in sending cold email campaigns and succinct writing skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Holistic understanding of cloud software landscape and also the Egyptian Software landscape.
- Preferably someone who has done software sales before.
- Preferably someone who has sold products like Manage Engine, Service now or Zendesk etc
- Hustler, hungry and someone ready to rock the boat.
- Preferably a woman candidate will be an added advantage.

- Able to work in an entrepreneurial environment
