Job Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets to drive revenue growth for CashPrime’s suite of cash management solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored product recommendations.
- Conduct in-depth product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of CashPrime’s hardware, software, and managed services.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and close sales effectively.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position CashPrime as a market leader.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs through proactive pipeline management and strategic account planning.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to management for informed decision-making.
- Represent CashPrime at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the financial technology, cash management, or B2B solutions sector.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and client management capabilities.
- Solid understanding of cash management solutions, automation hardware, or digitalization software is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, presentations, and industry events as required.
