Archival of all documentation related to Raw materials & products including Technical Data Sheets, Material Safety Data Sheets, Health Certificates…etc,.
Approved sensory panelist.
Implementation of Sensory Qualification, Screening and Monitoring Program
Backup in the Quality Control Lab.
Responsible for the implementation reagents, media, consumables inventory system at QC laboratory.
Harmonization of applied analytical methods in laboratory with applicable SAP.
Keep reference samples of the above mentioned analyzed materials and finished products based on their shelf life.
Assign standard code for raw materials as well as finished products according to their storage conditions.
Create new specification for Both RM and FP
Follow all document control activities mandated by the Standard ISO 9001-compliant Quality Management System.
Complaint investigation related to QC
Results entry on SAP
Approval of reshipment samples received from our approved suppliers.
Approval of samples from new vendors for the AVA process.
Approval Process for Adding New Vendors of SAP Supplier DMS Portal.
Take care of 4 eyes principle for QC challenging items

Relevant degree of chemistry , pharmacy , chemical engineering or equivalent, OR Quality Diploma
4 -6 years of related experience in flavors, fragrances, extracts and colors industries including analytical chemistry and standards understanding and implementation.
Having Computer skills, with a working knowledge of general applications as windows, office, Oracle , SAP.
Good at English Language “Intermediate”
