Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Indoor Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, closing deals, and maintaining strong relationships with customers, all while working primarily from our office location.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate new business opportunities
- Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify leads
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations via phone or video conferencing
- Negotiate contracts and close sales
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to stay updated on new offerings
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns
- Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions
Job Requirements
Qualifications
