Job Description

  • Budget and track project costs
  • Estimate the project timeline and keep schedules on track
  • Create a risk management plan
  • Integrate multiple schedules into a master project schedule, base line, status, and perform measurement baseline.
  •  Develop and maintain summary level schedule reports: Gantt, milestone charts, and other tools used to support critical path analysis, near-term tasks work, priority-based resource allocations, performance variances, and to support cost/schedule integration.
  • Gather and analyze information to prepare reports on the progress of projects. 
  • Frequent on-site visits to review construction progress required. 
  • Support the project management team in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of projects, including dashboards.
  • scheduling approach to facilitate accuracy in project execution and reporting.
  • Troubleshoot and monitor potential scheduling problems.
  • Maintain accurate records/paperwork.
  • Facilitate and participate in schedule reviews meetings.
  • Identifying shortcomings and advise on action plans.
  • Basic understanding of industrial projects and documentation system
  • Preparing standardized document / drawing numbering system with maintaining internal company standards and expectations
  • Responsible for project folder set up, folder maintenance process, formulating registers and the point of contact for document, drawing number allocation.
  • Liaising with and distribute project related information with the project team and potentially external parties.
  • Process and control of all project document types on day-to-day basis in an accurate and timely manner.
  • File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage.
  • Adhere to the company’s document lifecycle procedures, processes and as required by the Project Manager.
  • Train employees about the project documentation system on how to use and access the documents
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documentation.

Job Requirements

  • Superior interpersonal and demonstrated facilitation skills, including the ability to motivate and influence others, build effective interpersonal relationships, and be able to foster and contribute to a positive and productive team environment
  • Creative and innovative with assignments. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in work style to better respond to multiple requests/tasks and handle sudden changes in priorities. Able to embrace and participate in change initiatives.
  • Proficient using either, Primavera and /or MS Project, able to schedule and program projects and create master schedules, reporting etc
  • A willingness and competency to perform as part of a tight-knit team.
  • Minimum of 5 years of similar position
  • proficient in MS Office
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and writing skills.
  • Bachelor’s or equivalent degree/experience combination in engineering.
  • PMP certified 
  • Fluent in English
