Job Description
Application Support Team LeaderEngineer performs a variety of implementation, deployments, and troubleshooting requiring a wide knowledge of; company products, database engines, operating systems.
Responsibilities:
The Team Leader Application Support Engineer, as part of the team, will be responsible for:
- Manage and mentor the team members.
- improving the overall performance for the team.
- insure the implementation for the agreed service level.
- Company application administration; Deploy, configure, integrate and test the implemented solution based on Technical and Business requirements.
- Company application troubleshooting and support during UAT and production.
- Execution of DB scripts/extracts as needed.
- React to High Severity issues technical situation that requires immediate attention.
- Work with multiple teams for the successful resolution of issues and incidents.
- Open to flexible working conditions including after-hours scheduled application maintenance and support.
- Work on-premises and/or Banks.
Job Requirements
- Ability to troubleshoot and identify problems, follow directions, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- SQL , My SQL knowledge
- Very good team management skills
- Ability to interact with clients both verbally and written; well organized and detail-oriented; ability to multi-task; ability to manage stressful situations.
- Graduated from Computer Science / Engineering University
