Job Description
- ITGoals is looking for SAP HCM, Success Factors to work remotely with our KSA-based client on long term projects.
Roles & Responsibilities
- The consultant works on the implementation projects and support of SAP HCM / SF related modules to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Design, configuration and testing of SAP HCM / SF modules. Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the clients need.
- Responsible primarily for successful implementation of SAP, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP HCM / SF functionalities to clients.
- Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
- Responsible for planning tasks so that project deliverables can be completed in a timely manner.
- Plays an active role in the planning and management of the support workload to ensure that the SLAs are honored.
- Aids with the construction of technical proposals by using appropriate estimations of scope of work, time and resources.
- Helps in the formulation of the capacity and resource management plans.
- Responsible for the formulation and review of knowledge articles, also responsible for innovative ideas for the betterment of the SAP HCM / SF.
- Perform other duties related to the job as allocated by the direct supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Must at least one full lifecycle HCM / SF implementation experience (Project Preparation till Go-Live).
- Must have SAP configuration experience.
- Must be able to carry out task breakdown and prioritization related to the concerned project.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload.
