Job Description
- Installs, maintains, operates and administers servers and local area networks, along with connections to other networks.
- Perform help desk technical support for users, including debugging, correcting, repairing, servicing, examining, installing, training, and troubleshooting network issues, computer hardware and software and other peripherals.
- IT Assets Management.
- Administer and support computer and devices systems and applications.
- Manage licensing of computer/mobile device software applications
- Establish data backup periodical procedures recovery in event of system breakdown.
- Establish and administer the set up and configuration of an organization’s email and file server.
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, with
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related positions.
- Good knowledge of programming languages and operating systems.
- Good knowledge of enterprise backup and recovery procedures and system performance monitoring tools.
- Good analytical, communication and administration skills.
