About the Job 

• Estimate, Study and prepare the bill of quantities with prices for fire alarm system drawings and design concepts for commercial, governmental and industrial projects. 
• Good working knowledge of FIRE ALARM Systems ( Other Light Current systems ok if willing to be trained)
• Preferably working with Brands such as Honeywell Fire Alarm, Edwards, Simplex, Tyco Security Products, Honeywell Security. 
• Prepapre technical submittal, workshop and bill of material revision, material takeoff from received drawings (pipe length, total no of equipment, routing options, etc.)
• Check design compatibility/fitness of proposal for Low Current Systems.
• Provide technical support and application design and support sales representatives in the field or meeting for technical inquiries.
• Sustain a positive teamwork environment when required.
• Contact vendor and manufacturer and follow up on requested quotes, designs, and pricing options.
