Job Description
- Prepare and deliver presentations to customers to promote the company products using relevant material developed by the marketing team.
- Proactively approach existing and potential clients, and stay up-to-date of all announced tenders & new projects related to the industry.
- Study clients’ technical requirements by submitting their requests to the sales support, then follow up to finalize the financial proposal to be submitted to the client as per the required specifications.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
- Finalize contractual agreements with clients, confirm the quotation with the client and hand-over to the sales support to take over.
- Ensure that all requested information & documents for tenders and proposals are submitted correctly in a timely and efficient manner.
- Prepare regular sales reports to present progress vs. plans, and share market information with own team to support decision making by superiors
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years experience
- English spoken and written is must (Average)
- Soft skills (excel, PowerPoint)
- ERP System is preferable
- Engineering background preferable
- Industry background is a must in the following fields:
- Cement, Chemicals, Ready mix, gypsum, Steel, Bricks
- (Construction materials)
