- Build and execute social media strategy.
- Setting up and optimizing company pages within each social media platform.
- Creating daily content on all social media platforms including writing and editing posts.
- Improving customer engagement & communicating with followers, including responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Handling bad reviews and crisis management.
- Track and analyze analytics to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness.
- Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with other departments to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach.
- Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- Work experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.
- Excellent with content writing and editing
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Multi-tasker, well organized and self-motivated.
- Fluency in English.
