Job Description
- Conceptualize and create intuitive, engaging, and brand-consistent promo banners and images to go into our partner resources
- Continually improve and optimize user experience for sites
- Collaborate in concept development and design ideation cross-functionally to help define a creative strategy
- Collaborate with Product Managers to solve problems with consideration to business and user needs
- Get user feedback, carry out tests and make design improvements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in graphic and web design
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator is a must, Photoshop, and other graphics tools
- Experienced as a graphic designer in an internet industry or digital marketing agency will be a huge plus
- Experienced in HTML and WordPress will be preferred
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong communications skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
