- Digital Marketing Specialist – Job Description
- Purpose
- To manage and enhance the company’s online presence, coordinate with external marketing agencies, and support lead generation through SEO, B2B platforms, and digital communication channels.
- Main Responsibilities
- 1. SEO & Website Optimization
- Monitor and improve website ranking using Google Analytics, Search Console, and GA4.
- Coordinate with the external marketing agency (MTM Marketing) on SEO strategy and progress reports.
- Optimize keywords, meta tags, and content according to company services and target markets.
- Ensure continuous improvement in website traffic and visibility.
- 2. B2B Marketing & Online Networks
- Manage and update company profiles on global logistics and B2B platforms (GLA, Alibaba, Tradewheel, etc.).
- Respond to inquiries and maintain the company’s online reputation.
- Research and identify potential leads through international logistics networks.
- 3. Content & Communication
- Prepare marketing materials, LinkedIn posts, and company presentations.
- Write and send professional emails to clients and partners.
- Ensure consistency of company branding across all digital platforms.
- 4. Campaign Management
- Coordinate digital campaigns with MTM and other partners.
- Review campaign performance, keyword ranking, and lead quality.
- Suggest ideas for better audience targeting and engagement.
- 5. Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare weekly and monthly digital performance reports.
- Track metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and lead generation.
- Present key insights and recommendations to management.
- Skills & Competencies
- Understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and B2B advertising.
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and LinkedIn.
- Strong English communication (written & spoken).
- Good organizational and reporting abilities.
- Able to work independently and coordinate remotely.
Job Requirements
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or SEO.
- Experience in shipping, logistics, or maritime sector preferred.
