Job Description
- Contribute to the development of company’s overall business strategy and ensure its inclusion of the financial perspective.
- Manage all financial matters which includes Finance, Accounting, Cost Controlling, Tax, Banks and Cash Flow Management.
- Oversight of all accounting activities including monthly closing process accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and monthly reconciliation activities, making sure that proper controls are incorporated and implemented, and that accounting information is accurately classified and recorded.
- Possesses experience in SMACC accounting program
- He has experience in establishing and managing warehouses
- Monitor company’s performance against strategic and operational objectives, deliver tools and recommendations to optimize cost and improve profitability by conducting audit, providing information to external auditors.
- Providing a transparent financial view and risk assessment on the company to the Board of Directors and advising them on all matters relating to financial performance.
- Guides financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and developing finance policies & regularly update the company’s finance manual to achieve efficient workflows within the department.
- Prepare forecasts and comprehensive monthly and annual budgets that meet the requirements of company departments.
- Achieves budget objectives by scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.
- Analyze trends to reduce financial risks associated with making investment or spending decisions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of4 to 15 years of experience in Accounting
- Advanced Excel, word and PowerPoint skills
- Possesses experience in SMACC accounting program
- He has experience in establishing and managing warehouses
