Job Description
- Administer day-to-day human resources operations, including employee relations, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in HR databases and files.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with company objectives.
- Coordinate and deliver new hire orientation and training sessions to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll, providing timely and accurate information.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, staying updated on relevant regulations and best practices.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and wellness programs to foster a positive work environment.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management, identifying trends and recommending improvements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a human resources generalist or similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR information systems (HRIS).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing HR challenges.
- GOOD in English and Arabic is preferred.
