Job Description
- Coordinate preparing, updating, and following up on the implementation of the company's short-, medium- and long-term business plan.
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks.
- Schedules and attends meetings, taking notes, recording minutes, and following up on execution/results.
- Business development and their related market research and market development plan locally and internationally.
- Receives incoming communication, reports, or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
- Make all travel arrangements for the chief executive.
- Acting as a representative of the CEO in internal and external meetings
Job Requirements
- Proven Experience from 4 to 6 years as an executive or personal assistant.
- Maximum age 30.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
- English Language Fluency
- Excellent Using Microsoft is Must.
- Organizational, planning, and multi-tasking skills
- Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, business development and working with ERP systems.
- Information gathering and information monitoring skills
- Problem-analysis and problem-solving skills
