Job Description

  • Coordinate preparing, updating, and following up on the implementation of the company's short-, medium- and long-term business plan.
  • Performs clerical and administrative tasks.
  • Schedules and attends meetings, taking notes, recording minutes, and following up on execution/results.
  • Business development and their related market research and market development plan locally and internationally.
  • Receives incoming communication, reports, or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
  • Make all travel arrangements for the chief executive.
  • Acting as a representative of the CEO in internal and external meetings

Job Requirements

 

  • Proven Experience from 4 to 6 years as an executive or personal assistant.
  • Maximum age 30.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration 
  • English Language Fluency
  • Excellent Using Microsoft is Must.
  • Organizational, planning, and multi-tasking skills
  • Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, business development and working with ERP systems.
  • Information gathering and information monitoring skills
  • Problem-analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Professionalism and confidentiality
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
