Job Description
- Provides strategic leadership and technical, operational, financial, and managerial leadership for successful implementation of project activities.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical responsibilities.
- Reviews and analyzes the contract, statement of work, and all related specifications of all elements of the project to identify and define the entire scope of work to be executed together with the assigned project manager for all incoming projects or major proposals
- Develops department budgets; reports on department spending and allocations.
- Communicates project progress including cost to budget, schedule to budget as well as early risk assessment and mitigation plans to senior management on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Performs cost monitoring and control of all projects, including review and approval of
- Company purchase orders, monitoring design and production progress, tracking & supporting problem resolution activities and developing and presenting progress reports relative to the budget, schedule, and risk.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- 7-10 Years of Experience.
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
- High Leadership Skills
