Job Description
● Review and audit medical claims to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established policies and regulations.
● Collaborate with medical, administrative, and billing teams to resolve claim issues and clarify documentation requirements.
● Ensure all claims adhere to insurance guidelines, coding standards, and hospital protocols.
● Stay updated on changes in healthcare regulations and insurance policies.
● Support external audits and regulatory reviews by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Medicine.
- 1-3 years of experience in Inpatient / Outpatient medical claims auditing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
