Job Description

  • Administer and coordinate daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and company policies.
  • Facilitate performance management processes, including evaluations, feedback, and development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Assist in the management of employee records, HRIS data entry, and reporting.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement.
  • Support workplace health, safety, and wellness programs.
  • Participate in organizational change initiatives and support communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with managers and leadership to address workforce planning and talent management needs.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role, with demonstrated expertise in generalist functions.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
