Job Description
- Administer and coordinate daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and company policies.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including evaluations, feedback, and development plans.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Assist in the management of employee records, HRIS data entry, and reporting.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Support workplace health, safety, and wellness programs.
- Participate in organizational change initiatives and support communication strategies.
- Collaborate with managers and leadership to address workforce planning and talent management needs.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role, with demonstrated expertise in generalist functions.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
