Job Description

  • Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
  • Advising on paid media efforts to ensure everything hums along and we always have the right creative at the ready, translations, and keep pushing for better results. You have a geeky/analytical side that likes A/B testing and enjoys figuring out what works and why.
  • Develop all digital marketing plans including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns
  • Plan, create and manage the paid ads and digital campaigns
  • Oversee the development of e-marketing content and exploration of sales channels
  • Research and forecast future sales and performance trends
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
  • Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing, and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
  • Managing a high volume of daily social media posts.
  • Identify target audiences and plan media campaigns
  • Working on media buying.
  • Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix
  • Measure ROI and KPIs
  • Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget
  • Lead, supervise and motivate members of the digital marketing team
  • Research competitors of customers and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
  • Devise methods and techniques for measuring customer satisfaction. 

Job Requirements

  • Pharmacy/ Medicine/ Dentist/ Veterinary/Science (preferably)
  • Derma Experience is a must
  • 7+ years of experience in a relevant digital marketing role including delivering performance-based campaigns with lead generation KPIs
  • Creative thinker and agile problem-solver able to quickly suggest and deliver new campaign strategies based on expertise and data-driven insights
  • Excellent ownership skills and high level of drive and initiative and a true self-starter
  • A team-builder and collaborator. Evidence of an outstanding ability to build strong, durable communities and networks
  • Proven project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects at a time, large and small. Well-organized and attentive to detail. Hands-on experience managing multiple agencies
  • Superlative oral and written communications skills, with a demonstrated record of writing communications materials (messaging, Q&A, statements, etc.) in English.
