Job Description
Scope: Create a comprehensive, user friendly SharePoint site structure, partnering with multiple cross functional teams to obtain their data and present it in a visually appealing functional layout.
Responsibilities :
- Work closely with cross functional teams to design a solutions to meet business needs by leading information gathering sessions to understand customer requirements & business operations.
- Extensive knowledge SharePoint object model and out of the box web parts and their functionality.
- Understanding of SharePoint feature/solution model to create and deploy customizations such as web parts, list event receivers, content types, list schemas, site page templates, application pages, publishing pages, etc., .
- Ability to understand business objectives and translate into SharePoint functionality/requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentations, chairing meetings, business, and technical document writing. - Establish architectural and development standards around SharePoint solution.
- Train subject matter experts in the use, administration, and customization of the solution.
- Design, develop, and implement business applications using current technologies and architecture.
Job Requirements
- Working knowledge of the SharePoint platform to develop a collaborative interface and manage user administration.
- Working knowledge of XHTML, XML, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Javascript, PHP, SQL, and ASP.NET Familiarity with Java, Scala, J2EE, Ruby, or similar languages.
