Define and implement the design vision, standards, and guidelines aligned with the company’s brand and real estate strategy.
Lead design management across all project stages: concept, schematic, design development, tender, and construction documentation.
Evaluate, select, and manage design consultants to ensure high-quality, innovative, and cost-effective outcomes.
Coordinate design meetings and approvals between internal teams, external consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Oversee design deliverables, value engineering, and design change management to balance aesthetics, functionality, sustainability, and budget.
Collaborate with project management, development, construction, leasing, and operations teams to align designs with business needs and execution feasibility.
Mentor and develop junior design managers and coordinators, fostering a culture of collaboration and design excellence.
Integrate sustainability, wellness, and innovative solutions into design processes, staying ahead of trends, technologies, and materials.
Monitor quality control, risk, and budget compliance for all design initiatives.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering.
10+ years of design management experience in real estate, hospitality, retail, or mixed-use development projects.
Strong understanding of project delivery processes, codes, and standards.
Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and design-related software.
Ability to drive innovation, ensure quality, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
