- POS preparation (application, profile, keys etc...)
- Prepare the terminal by loading all the necessary files and applications
- Help in daily task of POS Preparation (Loading EOS, POS App, TMK,….)
- Manage POS profiles and allocation and data accuracy
- Periodic Control on all activity performed by the team:
- Upon sale request, New terminal ID should be created on VC and TM Server in order to proceed with a POS installation/support
- Maintain and manage POS stock
- Handle the POS Stock, by retrieving new terminal, update the management and CRM Data base.
- Manage not active POS
- work with the team to retrieve and update the not active POS
- Troubleshoot and fix software errors on the pos
- Check the hard errors on the pos and advise on the needed support and follow up the fix with the related provider
